The Challenge
FreightFirst's accounts payable team processed 800+ invoices per month manually. Each invoice took 8–12 minutes to key into their ERP system. Errors were causing payment delays and vendor disputes.
Our Solution
An AWS Lambda-based pipeline that extracts invoice data using OCR and a fine-tuned extraction model, validates against PO records, and auto-enters approved invoices into their ERP via API.
